Returns
We understand that online shopping has its own rules. Therefore, for any item purchased from us, you can try it on and return it within 14 days from the date of delivery if it does not meet your expectations. Simply send the returned item with the purchase invoice to the address:

Returns within Poland for purchases over PLN 300 are free of charge. Simply report the return in the Customer Panel, and if your order meets all conditions, you will automatically receive a shipping code for an Inpost parcel locker.

Exchanges
If the size is unsuitable, please contact us by sending a message to: info@byelsewear.com. We will check if an exchange for a different size is possible or recommend a return.
Complaints
In the event of a defect in a product purchased from our online store, please fill out the form below. Only after reviewing the complaint will we inform you of further steps via email.
