Returns
We understand that online shopping has its rights. That is why for any product purchased from us, you can try it on and return it within 14 days of receiving the package if it does not meet your expectations. Simply download the "return form" below, fill it in and send it back together with the returned product to:

Complaints
In the event of a defect in a product purchased in our online store, please send a description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the details of the Customer filing the complaint and the Customer's request in connection with the defect in writing or by e-mail to info@byelsewear.com . Please also send a photograph showing the occurrence of the defect. We suggest attaching proof of purchase of the product in order to streamline the complaint process. Only after considering the complaint by e-mail will we inform you about further proceedings.
