WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?

What is the delivery time and cost? Delivery time Orders usually arrive within 2 business days from the moment we send you confirmation of receipt of your order. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on the courier and collection schedule. The cost of shipping within Poland is free, and for orders to other countries the cost will be displayed in the basket after entering the shipping address.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, please contact us and our customer service staff will look into your matter.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER TODAY, WILL IT BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY?

If you place your order by 12:00, it will be shipped the same day. During peak sales periods, this period may be extended. To be sure, contact Customer Service and provide your order number - we will do our best to speed up shipping

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Once the courier picks up your package, you will receive an email informing you that your order is on its way to you. The email will contain a button that will take you to tracking your package.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the products.

HOW CAN I REPORT AN ORDER?

To return an order, please complete the return form LINK and attach it to the package, which should be sent to the address provided in the form.

HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY REFUND?

Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the return shipment.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER A RETURN IS MADE?

First, the funds are returned to you using the same method you used to pay for your order. If this is not possible, we will send the funds to the account number provided in the return form.

WHEN CAN I COMPLAINT A PRODUCT?

You can make a complaint about all products purchased from us for defects constituting non-conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT?

To file a complaint, please send us an email to: info@byelsewear.com and describe the reason for the complaint along with photos. After reviewing the complaint, we will decide on further action and inform you about it by email.
