Domestic shipments are made via courier companies: InPost and GLS. Shipments are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Delivery time may be extended during periods of increased sales.

InPost shipment to a parcel locker WEEKEND DELIVERY (orders placed on Friday by 2:00 p.m.) always additionally payable - payment in advance: PLN 20

Shipping abroad is via the GLS courier company and may take 2-5 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NOTICE DAMAGED MY SHIPMENT?

In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to take a photo of the damaged package and draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. If this was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact the courier company's Service Department to determine further steps.
